he told her he loves her

a friend of mine told one of our other friends that he loved her on sunday.

they were always just good friends and nothing more.

they had never kissed or even looked like it.

she has a boyfriend.

it was said in a drunken slur.

and it made her upset and is now finding it hard to be around him.

he regrets saying it and wished he didn`t.

i hate how people throw that word around.

"love"

i only ever planned on saying it to one person and now i feel as though i`ve wasted too many "i love you`s" on the wrong girl.

i can never get any of those back.

and i refuse to throw anymore away randomly.

if i ever tell someone i love them ever again.

it will be forever and the scariest thing i`ve ever done in my life.

so for now i`ll just keep my "i love you`s" close to my cheast where no one can reach them.

because i won`t give them if i don`t get them back....
